VIP Ticket Refund Policy
If the show is canceled before 5pm, we will make a full refund for all VIP purchases for that show. If the show is canceled after 5pm, full refund for anyone who has not claimed their VIP tickets. No refund for anyone who claims their tickets on site, and makes use of the Lightning Lounge. All refunds will be handled by our ticketing partner and will be made back to the original credit card."
