Most of the festivities get underway beginning around 5:30 p.m.. Will Hoge, Chris Bailey, and the Nashville Symphony with K.S. Rhoads will be performing the first evening.
It's been a successful concert series in the past that has brought hundreds of music fans to downtown Nashville.
Throughout the 2011 series, musical artists like Los Lonely Boys, Edwin McCain, Brett Dennen, and Here Come the Mummies are set to perform.
Organizers said the current season will feature a new green effort, with trash recycling on scene, healthy food vendors, and organic merchandising. The equipment leased includes energy-efficient lighting and sound.
